REQUEST: I am looking for "BBC: Second Chance Summer Tuscany S01E01" which premiered Wednesday April 5th, and runs for 6 episodes every Wednesday forward.

Has anyone got any info when this will be available to download? It´s no where to be found from any encoders which is very strange. Thanks, in advance.

Anyone having issues with RapidRar premium accounts? I cannot log in and any attempt to reset password end up with the message saying "account banned by administrator" and I cannot get any further on their website.

Found out it was because I was using a VPN. I use Private Internet Access. I switched server locations and flagged a "Using multiple server IPs" rule which got me a ban. They suggested not using a VPN while downloading from their site. Kind of a pain and not really what I want to be doing but...what can you do?

That must be a new rule to block people from using a VPN to get around their 6-9 wait between downloads. That sucks. I'm with Freeloader 666 - don't renew.

You are free to use VPN with RapidRAR, there is no limit about it, it's OK, but using multiple different IPs in one day, hmmm, it's not good (possibility of account sharing).

@admin Yes I think that was the issue. I remember switching to a US based address in order to see some video or something and probably never switched back. Thank you for confirming VPN is ok.

@Freeloader 666, Byala I will renew with RapidRar at the end of this year. I am averaging over 2 TBs per month from this site. I don't use any other download site to get content from. I like this one. Why shouldn't I support it? And so should you.

Hello Admin,
I have been using rmz for years (Thanks for a GREAT site!) with Uploaded.net - then I figured why not try rapidrar, since you guys are pushing that service...
I´m NOT happy, this month I have had 30 something days stolen from rapidrar... I started out with a 30 days, it was for some reason banned within the first day (no way of contacting rapidrar when your account is banned!), then I bought 3 days, same thing happened - actually I have had 5 or 6 premium accunts banned - can you explain me why?
I read here that someone had his account banned due to changing IP adress, the account I bought this afternoon have only been running from one IP, francly I´m very dissapointed!
Thanks for rmz though, this site is really, really awesome

Just checked back for a Webrip for "Mom" s04e19, just one "Mom S04E19 720p WEB x264-FFN", a week old and wrong format for me. Are any of the others on the horizon? (720p Webrip x265 in particular)

Sorry to ask you again, but it's been four weeks and you do respond to some other questions, so I'm giving it another go. This seasons Wentworth will you be uploading the web (logo free) versions in 720 x265. I'm sure I've seen the larger web files you would compress from, but no x265, and you do usually follow the show via Web-DL too. I'd really appreciate it if you can. I've not watched even one yet, waiting just incase, and soon (if not already) they will be gone

Listen bbb it is not the "bots" that are making this kind of mistake. It's the original ripping groups that are mislabeling their releases.

This kind of mistake will NOT be fixed for you. NOT at this site NOT at any site NOT by humans NOT by anyone NOT ever. Deal with it.

You're NOT being ignored. The mistake will NOT be corrected.

The "mess" you're expecting to come in the future won't be as bad as you think so don't stress so much. Yes, you'll have to think on your own -- "is this file from 2017 with dead links the correct posting or should I download the one posted in 2018?".

It seems simple enough to me and I know I'll be downloading the file posted days ago not years ago. Besides there's nothing you can say or do to fix the problem.

Would you please change the rules for your x265 encoding queue? Right now movies are always being pushed to the bottom by TV episodes. This makes some movies take more than a week to re-encode and some disappear altogether. This makes you look bad when compared to other sites like psa.

For example, check Personal Shopper. Rargb and psa did their 1080p bluray re-encodes a week ago. Here? Only a 720p web-dl.

Maybe let 5-10 movies continue moving up the queue with new TV episodes. Just to even things out.
