One problem is that there isn't any 720 HEVC for many releases; and that's because of the fact that RMTeam encodes their 720p HEVC from 720p AVC sources
Please encode your 720p HEVCs from 1080p sources, since it will result in better image quality and also availability of 720p HEVC encodes when there is no 720p AVC sources
Just configure the bot to use 1080p sources instead of 720p sources to make 720p HEVC encodes.
