I hate to kill your hopes, but it will probably never happen.
1) Many subs in the mkv container don't say what language they are. Checking these by hand is too time consuming.
2) It's complex to write a script to count the number of subs, read the language of each, post them all in the info, and flag the admins about the undefined ones (see above).

Fast turnover (high quantity) is the main thing here, so the admins draw more people and make more money. Since the source file is listed in the info, you can go check the info of that file to see what the subs are.

Unfortunately there's no info with the source file, so we're simply out of luck and have to hope the subs are English :/
