Why is this labelled 'dual' when there's only a single audio track? And no English subs? Found lately in other files that only the first subtitle stream in the original file seems to be kept which may not be English.

Getting only the first sub/audio track- that happens often. Like there's no "triage" and the first is by default (should put them all?) Maybe ask in the encoding queue line if you don't find subs (new movies)

Admin knows how to fix the problem and has chosen not to fix it, so it's intentional.
This site is run by bots, and not particularly bright bots, who don't know how to cut words like "duel audio" from the title of the rmteam re-encode or the file information sheet. Users of this site just need to be smarter than the bots.
You can download the subs from YIFY or go ahead and download the movie in full 1080p from YIFY and get the English audio along with the French.
I'm sure admin is doing this to keep the file size smaller.
As for myself, I'm downloading the 5 GB 1080p with dual audio from another site.
