Aniurl releases multiple subs with their web-dl. The script RMTeam uses to re-encode grabs only the first subtitle track, which happens to be German. English is the second track in the original release.

If you want the small file size of HEVC, but with English subs, you can download both releases and use MKVToolnix to extract English subs from the original and add them to the RMTeam release. That's what I'm doing with 91 Days.
