My friend, your personal amount of ridiculousness in the meantime has become known as "Oscaria 2".

People first struggled to define the medical condition, but then overcame their rifts, as both the old irish as well as the catalan etymology of the word both intetwine in "Oscaria". Oscaria used to be a rather rare condition through most of the times, but with more and more grumpy people getting much older, they've found community in ravaging online forums phantasizing about their grandeur as well as "thruths", that in manifest reality rarely have an equivalent anywhere outside their imagination. Therefore they invest a lot of time and energy to repeatedly tell them to each other and everyone else who might be willing to listen or not.

Some doctors suggested that "getting a life" could be of some help to some of its victims, but as they insist on their condition being equivalent to living their life to its fullest, there's still a lot of debate going on about that.

But there's always hope.
