Whatever it is that drives you, you'd better go see a doctor about it, if not for yourself, maybe think of the nurses that'll have to endure a sad old grump, any time soon. At least show them some dignity.

I'm such a schizo, I accuse everyone of being oscar2, and everyone is against me, but I really am a laughing stock.
