A condition like (t)his, once your brain has merged everything you dislike or hate into one single giant entity, doesn't seem that easily curable to me. Everyone I know who went down the one or other rabbit hole on offer during the last decade is still wildly defending a very strong position of belief, completely blind to the massive inherent contradictions and total ignorance for the diversity of everything else. Every encounter with their personal trigger topics is like flicking a switch into rage mode. Being "pilled" is indeed the right metaphor. Looks like it takes a lot of time and patience until the possibility of getting rid of the red-tinted glasses might have a chance, again.

I remember "Lie to me" from it's original time on TV (downloaded after). Since then, an excellent, darker Tim Roth show: "Tin Star". Hiding away from something shady while being a drunk cop (at first...)

There is something about the Expanse that stopped me in my tracks back then, Can't remember, maybe I should give it another shot?

Right now I'm watching Continuum (2012, Canadian sci-fi) Involves a little time travel/ a pack of characters trying to save the future from Corporate control in different ways, all wrong, apparently (I'm at the last season). Pretty decent.
I'm doing a lot of rewatching, actually. Just before, I did "I'm dying up here" (drama about the comedian circuit in the 70's. People discredit it because they go in thinking it's a comedy, and yes, there is humour but it takes darker turns. The character are GREAT.
I also rewatched Avenue 5. That is pure comedy, set in a ill-fated "fancy" space cruise ship. Hugh Laurie Is hilarious as well as most of the cast. 2 short seasons : )

I watch The Man from the High Castle for the first time -so so- especially the end, but still glad I did. I watched the last season of Dark winds and finished The Apothecary Diaries (Japanese animation). Love the concept (Brothel baby girl, brought up by a eunuch doctor who's knowledge of basic chemistry and plants helps her solves crimes in the Emperor's palace Concubines' quarters in privacy- then plot thickens). Season one is best. The origins of IRL CSI, LOL! I love when japanese animation is not all loud bright teenage supernatural stuff -liked Death Note- (though still supernatural). You?

Was not happy with the end of Squid Game. Did you watch it? Not sure what to what next... Btw, I call you Oscar because confused (Oscar, Oscar1, Oscar2?). Hope it's OK or should I always say Oscar2?
