Really They didn't hard code the subtitles for the non English parts , 1080p.WEB-DL.H264-PublicHD there already hardcoded.

The 1080p done with consent bitrate and 5 Reframes is the best quality yet.

MiLLENiUM done overall variable birate witch by the way is ban in the scene and only 2 re frames.

I mean they only used 3 reframes was a typo , the more reframes the better compressed the video is .
