Why should the answer you? Just download a better copy of it is all. the site is automated so your talking to a bot , it gets its it sources from torrent sites and if the release group source tagged WEBRip, WEB-DL ,HDTV when they tag there encode the same it's not there fault it's Sauron's fault go complain to them.

There has been no real WEB-DL posted on DDl sites since season 7 . it's all HDTV and WEBRips some WEBRIps have embedded network logos and some don't depending on were they get them from and if the release don't give you no subtitles you don't get none unless you can find some that match.

The admins hardly ever speak to anyone on here ,last time i seen them speak was on Facebook when this site was down.
