Maybe, the show broadcast in better quality this week , any 45 min show done at 7000kbps 720p is abnormal and implies its shit quality.

But I would not know this because every show of this series I seen in Bluray and WEB-DL , The 1st season Bluray and the rest of it WEB-DL to be exact so I dont plain starting to watch big bulky versions with watermarks now lol.

So 7000kbps is shit? and this release (at 4000kbps) is 'broadcasted better quality'?

I normally download WEB-DL versions of this show myself, but just want to understand why the change from 7000 to 4000 :/

Most of the shows I download ever week by these groups that do that do TWD are hour shows that dont get WEB-DL are way less bitrates and good quality .

Once I read on another site that the quality were crap on TWD HDTV and it was AMC fault . So I assume it must had been better this week than it has because they notched it down a GB in size.

I have downloaded movies from the scene 720p bluray 4.3 GB bluray was not great and download 8 gb version from p2p of the same movie and still be crap.

But if the quality is crap some seem to think higher bitrates will make it better, witch always it dont.

The scene have to encode Scripted 720p TV Shows at 18-19 CRF , the way CRF works It apply the most bitrates were it is needed and less bitrates were not needed , if the quality is crap its going apply more bitrates throughout and cause a bigger file size . and and higher bitrate file. They dont use 2 pass on TV shows anymore its all done CRF.
