Unanimous: complete garbage.

Tom, lighten up. I had a laugh at it. The only people who don't like it are those who are ardent fans of The Hunger Games.

I like The Starving Games. It's a laugh. A joke. Don't take it too seriously, man!

-- if you're talking about IMDB ratings, they are an average of votes by IMDB users, and if it's not a big movie, a small number of voters can swing it either way. Small films, the producers themselves vote and review it to push up their own films. Or a few assholes can vote a film down for some reason. But I do look at the critics' reviews, linked from IMDB. That's where I got the review I cited. But you have to weigh the reviews too. I note which sites have reviewers who have some integrity and take notice of those. "Reviews" by random IMDB users are an absolute last resort, and often clearly biased. But for the weird direct-to-video films that often are posted here, you sometimes have few reviews. I'll also look for the trailer and use that; but never take notice of the "rating".
