Typically FS stands for Full Screen. However, the info gives a widescreen ratio of 1.78:1, so I don't know what the heck Flame means.

See in the info: "The PUKKA release has AR of 2.40:1, our has 1.78:1 with more picture on top and bottom."

So here "FS" means these butchers cropped it from 2.4 to 1.78. You can see the first screencap has the title going beyond the frame.
