ASAP's release suffers from bad ivtc resulting in dupe frames scattered
throughout the release. Example : 1:17-1:22 as well as bad.chroma causing
an overly green tint. Proof included in /PROOF

Ordinarily, we'd let the ivtc slide due to ABC's framerate compression
making it difficult to ivtc properly but that combined with the chroma
is just too much to ignore.
