@x265Junkie i think bitrate is not set manually by rmteam, its all about compression of video, if a video has good compression then in x265 encoding, file size and video bitrate will be automatically low like in very dark scene movies and if a movie is very colorful then automatically its bitrate is high. their softare automatically check quality and compression and sets bitrate.
I'm pretty sure RMTeam is using the latest encoding software for encoding. This is why we're getting best quality in best file size no compromise. I have no problem about quality or bitrate with RMTeam x265 rips. I love it. They're perfect in size n quality.

P.s. every other encoder encodes on windows but RMteam always encode on Linux, this is the secret maybe?
