I want to download these WEB-DL episodes and then encode them in my own version in 480p rip.

I'm using Staxrip to do this, however when i finish, the picture looks darker, while the 480p rips by mSD look brighter.

My question is does anyone know which software they use to encode 480p rips?
Is it possible to adjust contrast and brightness when using staxrip?

Would really appreciate the help, Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Search and learn about output ranges 0 -> 255 and 16->235.
In a nutshell, in most cases, to get the brighter picture you talk about, you need to make sure you input and output the video in a 16->235 range.
