Yeah, I love OpenLoad's DownLoad hosting because they have fast DL speeds and very few restrictions for free users.
They also offer a streaming option for many videos, and for that part, they convert their MKVs into MP4s, which you can stream right there or opt to DL.
Sometimes, I think, the links that are meant to go to the DL'ing side of OpenLoad go to its streaming side instead.

Atoz is correct, when uploading to OL the uploader has the option to allow "Streaming", if they do OL converts the MKV to MP4 for streaming and downloading, so if you go OL to download and there is the option to stream, and you want the MKV, you'll have to pick a different host.
