Is there any difference between:
480p HDTV-DLBR mkv and 480p HDTV-DLBR?
Under file information, one reads: "Re-Encoded by DLBR Group HDTV x264 source" and the other reads: "Desc:". Both are the same size, 209mb., and both were uploaded at the same time. Confusing.

DLBR sucks. The quality is really bad, even for the small size. I don't know why mSD stopped posting releases, but they are missed. I get a feeling they aren't coming back and we are stuck with these horrible DLBR releases.

mSD is still around... as far as I have noticed on other websites.

We are all in agreement that mSD encoding and uploads are superior.
However, I'm still waiting for an answer to my original question:

And, if they are the same, why the double posting?
Is one upload better quality than the other? If so, which one?
I've noticed this on many other T.V. shows with DLBR uploads, not only with "Justified" uploads.
