Yes it seems glitchy to me. Sometimes it seems ahead, then behind, and there's this echo. It also sounds metallic when the video slows and stutters.

It's off by -350ms. I used MKVToolNix to fix it.

IDK what Radaa's issue is, that sounds like LSD.
