thaone's suggestion won't really help, since the name of the archive itself (the .rar files) isn't any longer than any of the other files here at RM. The long file name contained within the archive is closer to being the source of the problem. And that's also not too long for Windows to handle. The problem is almost certainly the long file name in addition to the long path that is probably also trying to be created.

Simply extract the archive to a short path name (such as C:\Temp) and it should extract okay. You can then rename the files to shorter names and move them wherever you want.
