With the 15 or 20 different releases of this video from reputable ddl sites and/or encoder groups, you chose this XOXO to download. Why?

There's not a damn thing fake, phony, suspicious or "other" about these encode settings.

If by other type you mean something other than an mkv, you're right, it's an mp4 and clearly marked as such.

Something other than HEVC? Yes. It's x264. Something other than 8 channel audio? Yes. It's six channels.

The original video may have been HDR10plus 8CH HEVC, but the encode setting for this video are clearly shown to be H.264 MP4 in the info at the top of the page. The audio is AAC.

These are decent quality encode settings, I've seen worse. Video playback quality is poor in my opinion. You should have chosen better.
