rapidrar is fine dene, try using a vpn/proxy from your phone, if you can get on using one, your isp is blocking the address. Not sure why else you wouldn't be able to get on. You can always check is ... down right now, to see if a site is down or it's just you, but my advice, check a couple as those sites, they're not always 100% accurate.
