File shows up as 545mb instead of 210mb release size on the file information.

Use a different host. Openload has a glitch where it sometimes re-encodes to low bit-rate x264, which makes a crappier, bigger file.

There is no setting in the Openload API, only the web interface. The bots doing the uploading use the API. Therefore, its a glitch.
