I've bought a premium account for RapidRAR twice in the past year (1 week VIP twice) and there was no wait time in between downloads and the speed was maximum.

I don't see any premium user complaining to RapidRAR on behalf of a free user. LOL

I can see why RapidRAR would want to increase the wait time or slow the download speeds for free users - they want more people buying premium accounts.

Buy a premium account and download at full speed with no wait times. The price of a VIP account is reasonable. That's the solution.

You really are missing the point. The point of buying a premium account is so you can download faster with no wait times between downloads.

You're not paying for "pirated shit" as you put it, but for the convenience of fast speed and no wait times.

The choice is up to each individual. Go VIP or don't.

What's more important to you?
1) Getting your downloads as quickly as possible? or
2) Paying nothing and getting slow speeds and long wait times?

If your answer is #2 then don't go VIP. No one is forcing anyone to pay for VIP

Sqwirrelll is having a massive melt down over the new longer wait times with RapidRAR today. I offered a choice maybe he/she hadn't considered, not an ultimatum.

No need for anyone to get as upset as you are.

It doesn't matter what I think. It only matters what RapidRAR thinks, but I do think that's why they made the wait times longer.

There's another choice you mentioned - Torrents. Go back and torrent all you like it's fast and free. No one is telling you you can't torrent.

I pay for VIP because I want faster speeds and no wait times. It's my choice to make. I'm not "mugging myself off" whatever that means. Also, I can't cap HDTV, Amazon, Netflix or iTunes so I need someone else to cap the shows and someone like RapidMovieZ to host the files so I can download them.

P.S. If I had a subscription to Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon and iTunes I'd be paying about 50 times what I pay for a VIP account.

In all fairness to the OP, though, RR's site still states (as of this writing) that there are no delays between downloads. They should have updated that page before implementing the changes, which now apparently apply to both types of non-paying users. The few advantages of signing up (but not actually paying) are all but gone now.

After the replies from Missing the point and thick as two short planks I regret offering any advise to the OP. According to Missing the point and thick as two short planks we have no freewill or the ability to choose how we'd like to get our downloads. Those two have set the rules and now it's law.

Certain subjects like this one really bring out the idiots and assholes. Everytime

1. nobody here is forcing you to hand over money.
2.You also are deliberately contributing to piracy just by visiting this site that makes money from ads and downloading.
3.If they "bust this place" no bank details are held on this server.
4.you're an accessory to their crimes as well even just posting.
5. hide under your bed because the web police are coming for you !

There are 4 different upload links. So you can download 4 different files at the same time.

Anyway, get jDownloader, queue up all the links and let it handle it overnight. You need to solve the Recaptchas manually, so get a plugin like CaptchaBrotherhood which shares the load -- you solve a bunch of captchas then others will solve yours when they are needed and you're not there.

Or look at the filenames and Google them. Very likely you'll find them on other sites with other links.
