Your and idiot , every thing on this site is automated , screens , download links etc. They use megabot. I know 3 different sites that have video samples of this release and the IVTC is fine 23.976 fps Itunes.

This Release even comes with retail subtitles , This here is from US Itunes These releases always been pre IVTC anyways , just like bluray is .

Only releases that dont be pre IVTC is DVD and HDTV and cams , When you download A DVDR a lot times not been IVTC and play and look fine , only crappy low bitrate releases really need IVTC anyways , release group UnKnOwN use to release DVDRips all the time that were not IVTC and every one still downloaded them.
