i also found episode 5 from RlsBB RBB;
i watched with my old computer 19" screen, RBB is 720 x 400 for 245 MB, compared to the re-encode 853 x 480 99.5 MB that you shared, when watching full screen,
RBB is a bit less blurry, a bit more precise or sharp, probably due to more video details information kept stored in the difference of bitrates and files sizes

For the 480p, I used RMTeam's settings, since so many here seem to like them. I think they suck.
You're absolutely right about the other file having a higher bitrate. However, the x264 compression is worse than x265, so file size is still high.
Try the 1080p x265 file I uploaded. It's 252 MB, only 7 MB more than the 480p x264 RBB file.
