I downloaded this and it plays just fine in VLC (I'm using version 2.2.4). I think the problem was with your download. It's best not to immediately assume there is a problem with the upload. I recommend using a download manager. Check out freedownloadmanager.org, or simply search online.

Do you not read replies to your comments? As I already said, the file is good. I downloaded and tested it myself. The problem is either with the program you use to download it or your ISP. The admins here can fix neither of those things, only you can.
