You didn't mention if you wanted free or paid service?

Honestly screen caps are only really need for Screeners, if you were to stop providing them i dont think a lot of us would really care, it is useful to match the title to the file to make sure that it is correct.

I don't think you'll find any reliable free service that lets you hot link images to busy commercial site like this. Those are only intended for individuals posting in forums. Just image links would do and probably not trigger things like this if you're too cheap to pay for hosting them yourself.

Screencaps are useful; to judge quality, so see if there are station logos or other crap on TV rips, to see what the ratio really is, etc. Also all those shows posted with no information at all, gives a clue as to what they are about.

As i said Admin didn't mention if he wanted free or paid service, the ones i posted allow hot linking, they have limits and of course all image hosting services fine print say they can kick you for any reason paid or not.
I think if Admin limited the screen caps he would be fine otherwise the only decent way is to host yourself.

He didn't say explicitly, but it's obvious they want it free. UltraImg only superimposes their logo when you use them anonymously. So they've been leeching them for months. Not surprising UltraImng doesn't care what they send them.
RMZ already host the movie posters on their own server, so the only reason they outsource the screencaps is to save bandwidth costs.
This site is pretty high profile, by design to sell ads, so it would use a lot of bandwidth. No one is going to supply that free for long.
